Yoga Therapy
Do you have a specific goal, or existing condition? whatever that may be, from elite athletes wanting the edge on their game, or referred from a doctor or health practitioner for rehab or wanting to learn tools for managing specific disease or situation. We adapt our Yoga therapy session to fit your needs/goals.
Minimum of 3 sessions, scheduled one week apart.

Session One
- Q & A
- Take home unique set of practices written up like a prescription as this ancient lineage of yoga is like medicine.




Session TWO
Teaching of daily practices designed specifically for you.




Session three
Additional practises, usually breathing & specific kinds of meditations that is recorded for your requirements.
These are wonderful home practises for life however, often once established for some time and when your life situations changes we can build on, or tweak these initial foundational practises.
NASAL WASHING
Wish to learn Jala Neti (Yogic Nasal washing) as Yogi’s this is a part of our daily ablutions just as we scrape our tongues and clean our teeth we clean our nasal passages and sinuses and dry them appropriately. Preventing and manage any respiratory tract disease. Having a soothing and calming influence on the brain alleviating anxiety, anger and depression, removing drowsiness leaving the head feel light and fresh.
This practise is taught in person at our sunny studio in Takapuna, bookings essential with Swami Yogamani Saraswati.
