These private classes consist of working in any aspect of daily life, from physical exercise to managing the mind, and your emotions.
We can include:
- establishing a home practise
- cleansing practises, nasal washing for the respiratory system, migraines, hayfever, internal cleanses for the digestive and excretory systems
- weight loss, reducing anxiety, stress, fatigue, insomnia, creating physical, mental and emotional balance
- recovery from injury, to managing oneself in ease through disease
- mentoring, working with addiction, eating disorders, diet
- exploring the deeper aspects of the ancient art of Yoga, Meditation, breathwork and a Yogic way of life.
