All products types are:

• Non-transferable
• Valid for the selected classes only
• Non-refundable
• If you do not attend the result is a forfeit of products.
• No Credits or transfers to another class
• if you are unable to attend due to sickness you may defer to the next course, or pause your class card with prior notification and confirmation from us.

ONLINE CLASS • Internet and software connections are the customer’s responsibility, loss of connection, app issues, and drop-outs are not our (SMAWI YOGAMANI) responsibility. No credits or refunds given in these situations.

If your video is not on we can not keep you safe or correct positioning. To get the most out of your class keep the video on.

MEMBERSHIPS • Monthly memberships are valid for that month only (ie; June/Year membership, valid for June/Year only)

CONCESSIONS

• Concessions cards non-transferrable
• Valid for your selected classes only
• Current class cards may be used online during Level 4/3/2 lock down one click per session

PAYMENT • Please pay by cash or via online banking at the start of the class (no EFTPOS). Payment must be received 3hours before online class, if no payment receive no class link will be sent

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY • All classes online or in-person are the intellectual property of SWAMI YOGIMANI, DO NOT record your sessions doing so will result in legal action.

HEALTH • If you have any health issues or are pregnant please disclose prior to class
