Private Classes

Available in person or online

These private classes consist of working in any aspect of daily life, from physical exercise to managing the mind, and your emotions.

We can include:

  • establishing a home practise
  • cleansing practises, nasal washing for the respiratory system, migraines, hayfever, internal cleanses for the digestive and excretory systems
  • weight loss, reducing anxiety, stress, fatigue, insomnia, creating physical, mental and emotional balance

 

  • recovery from injury, to managing oneself in ease through disease
  • mentoring, working with addiction, eating disorders, diet
  • exploring  the deeper aspects of the ancient art of Yoga, Meditation, breathwork and a Yogic way of life.
